Owned 60:40 by Malaysia’s Khazanah Nasional Berhad and Singapore’s Temasek Holdings Pte Ltd, M+S Pte Ltd is a company that was set up on 27 June 2011 to develop 6 land parcels in Singapore — 4 in the Marina South region for the Marina One residential development and 2 in the Ophir-Rochor region for the DUO Residences residential development.
Founded alongside M+S Pte Ltd is Pulau Indah Ventures Sdn Bhd, another joint venture between Khazanah and Temasek, which will develop projects in Iskandar Malaysia in Johor. Both of these joint venture companies were supported by the Prime Ministers of Malaysia and Singapore in their joint statements on 24 May 2010, 22 June 2010, 20 September 2010 and 27 June
